In this appointment you will gain a greater understanding of personal colour and understand your Colour Season and Subseason.
We will also explore your best colours and think about how to wear them in reality.

Appointments are held at my home in the village of Barrowby - near Grantham NG32.
It’s a very relaxed session and you can expect to be with me between 2 and 3 hours depending on which option you choose.
HI I’M LIZ
I have always been enthusiastic about colour but my personal colour journey is quite recent.
Despite being typed as a Winter many many years ago - I pretty much ignored my colours for years - choosing instead to wear on-trend browns, neutrals and khaki colours.
A few years after becoming a mum at age 41 and living in practical loose clothes, I found I had completely lost my sense of style and identity. I stumbled across a facebook group all about personal colour and decided I would try to dress with my colours - and with more intention.
From that day I started to find joy in getting dressed again. My motivation increased, and my overall energy improved. Wearing my colours gave me confidence and energy. It started a domino effect throughout my life and from that point I noticed many positive shifts.
The impact that colour and clothes had upon my mood and mojo inspired me to learn more about Colour Analysis and in March 2026 I joined a course with the Image Consulting Company - based in London and I took the step of becoming a qualified Colour Analyst.
When I look back at photos of me not in my colours - I can clearly see the difference. I remember often not feeling quite right in an outfit - but not really understanding the reason - which I now know was down to colour. Such a simple fix that was there all along.
creativity has always been a theme
Prior to this new venture I have had a varied creative career.
Firstly in retail working for head offices - as a Store Designer, Visual Merchandising Manager and latterly Head of Trends. From there I set up a Wedding Styling business which I ran until Covid happened and that prompted a change of direction.
When my daughter was born I switched to Graphic Design and opened an Etsy shop - which I could run from home whilst being a mum. I still run my shop on Etsy - selling unique cards and prints. Colour has always been central to my work and home life, so this direction feels very familiar to me. Only this time I want to use it to help you feel fantastic.
LET’S DISCOVER YOUR COLOURS TOGETHER
I don’t want to you to come to me and be assigned a Season and off you go. My motivation is to work with you to choose colours that compliment your uniqie colouring. My hope is that you will experience a lift - both in the way you look and the way you feel.
We will define your colours together - arriving at a palette that is bespoke to you and reflects who you are. Your personal palette might fit neatly into one of the 12 Sub Seasons or it might go across 2 seasons. We may pull in colours from different places to form your perfect palette. It will be fluid and intuitive - and most importantly fun.
You will leave with knowledge, confidence and the tools to take the next step.

I am based in Barrowby (NG32) - which is a village close to Grantham at the intersection of the A1 and the A52. All personal and small group appointments are currently held at my home. I am well placed for customers from Lincoln, Nottingham, Newark and Stamford and surrounding areas - all within a 25 mile radius.
For Corporate days I am happy to travel to you - please contact me to discuss requirements.
WHO IS COLOUR ANALYSIS USEFUL FOR?

Anyone can benefit from Colour Analysis. It can be very helpful if you want to redefine your style or identity. It’s a great tool to boost your self confidence. It is useful if you’re in a new life stage and feel your old clothes no longer represent you. Perhaps you’re body has changed and now you are rediscovering what works for you going forward. Or maybe you love fashion and want to be more intentional about what you buy. Once you know your best colours, shopping becomes easier and everything in your wardrobe starts to work harmoniously.
If you want to go through the process with me I can look at your current colours and understand where you feel they aren’t working. My approach is all about working with you to find a selection of colours which not only compliment you but that you can live with and enjoy wearing. I can assess your previous colour analysis result with you and give you my views on which season you belong to.

To prepare I ask that you send me a photograph in advance that is a good reflection of your hair, skin and eye colour. On the day it’s helpful if you wear minimal makeup (you don’t have to remove it all - just nothing too heavy). Please also have a think about how you have worn colour up until now - which colours are you drawn to and which colours make you feel good. This will be helpful for our pre analysis chat.
